When can I visit the office?
We are available to assist you in the office between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm daily.
When can I access my unit?
Tenants can get access to their self-storage units anytime. That’s right – you will be able to load and unload items, as well as manage the contents of your unit 24 hours a day.
How far are you from Clifton Forge, VA?
Great question! If you are in Clifton Forge, it will take you less than 15 minutes to reach us via I-64. We’re also convenient to Hot Springs, Selma, White Sulphur Springs, and many other surrounding communities.
What is climate-controlled storage?
With climate control, we can keep the temperature inside each unit between 55℉ and 80℉, depending on the time of the year. Climate-controlled storage units are extremely helpful for regulating the Virginia summer heatwaves. Best of all, this interior storage option need not break your bank!
How do I know if I need climate control?
If you think your items will need to stay in self-storage for longer than you think, you could probably benefit from renting one of our climate-controlled storage units. Yes, you can. Often renters plan to store goods for a short time, but then go on to keep them here longer for a variety of reasons. No matter your preferences, we want you to feel comfortable, which is why we offer easy month-to-month rentals.
Is your property secure?
Yes, even though we offer 24-hour access, we take the necessary precautions via perimeter fencing, gated access, and a variety of secure units. Resorting to self-storage services doesn’t have to create extra worries about theft.
